"I must admit that the idea of having a PT wasn't something I thought I needed. What I did need was to rekindle my love of the gym and of exercise plus toning up and losing a few KGs into the process. My partner Pete suggested that I speak to Matt and see if he could assist me.
Matt is a great instructor and we both spoke at length about my goals and how I could achieve them. My journey back into fitness was now back on with the assistance of Matt and his structured work out sessions. I started to see improvements in my health and fitness in a few weeks and have always been grateful for the help and advice that Matt has shared along the way. Unfortunately for me I became ill and had to stop trying for a few months, not something I or anyone else could have forseen. I could easily have given up on my journey but I knew that I would be letting both Matt and myself down.
I headed back to the gym, initially on my own but using the work out schedules that Matt had provided me with and then back into PT sessions with Matt. He is an inspirational person who has all the qualities I think you need in a PT he provides good advice, clear instructions and well put together sessions. My illness is now behind me but my journey back into fitness continues thanks to Matt. If there was a PT Advisor I'd give Matt 5 stars out of 5."
