Since coming out of lockdown Jonjo had gained weight, weighing in at the heaviest he has ever been...110kg. It has really affected him mentally, physically and emotionally. He came to me for help, with a challenge to lose as much weight as possible in 6 weeks. We are now down to 104kg... 6kg down!
The Turning Point...
"I hated looking at myself in the mirror, the number on the scales bothered me and I thought about it, alot. I didn't feel comfortable in any of my clothes and was having to buy bigger clothes which personally I felt humiliating. It was time to make a change, which is when I spoke to Matt."
The plan...
"Matt organised a 6 week meal and exercise plan. Was this easy? No, I found it tough some days to consume my meals and fit them into a tight schedule, but Matt was there every step of the way to hold me accountable to staying on track. He allowed flexibility with my meals as long as I kept in my calorie & macros targets.
6kg Down & Counting...
"As a result, I am now at 104kg. I feel confident in my own body again, wearing clothes that I was previously wearing and generally feeling healthier mentally, physically and emotionally. By no means am I done, this is just the beginning and Matt has really helped kickstart my fitness journey."
A Word From Me
Jonjo has done really well over the last 6 weeks, he has stayed disciplined despite the cravings. Which has got easier as the journey has gone along. He fully deserves the new body he has and we look forward to taking our next steps in his journey.
