“My biggest challenge has always been picking at biscuits and chocolates and other snacks and not eating properly throughout the day due to being to busy. This journey has changed my habits completely, I now snack on fruits and protein snacks, I feel much better in myself making these small life changes."
Whats Next?
"The next step to to now enjoy my 50th birthday with my new physique. But, I will continue on my weight loss journey and begin to tone my muscles up as well."
